If I knew I could, I would….
Fly! Just like in my dreams. Floating along, gliding here and there, feet way above the ground. Getting the alternate perspective of a bird’s eye view. Enjoying the freedom of floating on a breeze, flying as high or low as I choose.
Move! I’d take my whole family back to Australia to experience it’s beauty and charm. I’d learn all the stuff I missed out on because my parents came to the States. I’d get to know, really know, my cousins, uncles and aunts. I’d let myself slip into an Aussie accent; I’d go willingly without a fight to keep my American accent. I’d show my boys all my favorites sites and sounds of the Great Southern Land. Maybe I’d even keep sheep, if we had enough land.
Heal! I’d touch and heal everyone I could find who needed it. Whether it be an illness of the body, heart or mind, I’d heal it so that each and everyone could have a full and gracious life and a second chance.
